A brush with death served as a reality-check for Bill, who realized how life can change or even end in the blink of an eye. Recognizing God's hand in bringing him back from the brink of death, Bill has come to appreciate God's perfect timing. Bill was baptized at Highrock in Quincy in November, 2017.
